元宇宙教育生态伦理的安全沙箱设计与监管机制

【摘要】 借鉴沙箱技术和监管沙箱的应用,提出了监管沙箱向元宇宙教育的功能迁移假设。依据元宇宙教育的核心目标,分析了知识伦理风险产生的根源;依据元宇宙教育实践的人机共生能动性,论述了技术伦理风险产生的原因;依据元宇宙教育的跨越时空性,阐述了文化伦理风险产生的缘由。从保护受教育者个体视角,根据求真向善审美的教育标准和规则,以学习情景的生成、计算和评估为手段,以个体“知情意行”的发展为教育效度评价指标,依据“触发-执行”原理,设计了从“失误-容错”到“危险-退出”的风险监测和防范等级。建立了以法律和教育规则治理和管理接口、教育情景实时动态信息计算和教育效度测量、人机交互数据捕获、受教育者个体风险监控等多模块支持的元宇宙教育生态伦理的安全沙箱模型和监管机制。

【Abstract】 Drawing on the application of sandbox technology and regulatory sandbox, a hypothesis of functional transfer from regulatory sandbox to metaverse education is proposed. Based on the core objectives of metaverse education, the root causes of knowledge ethical risks were analyzed; Based on the human-machine symbiotic initiative of metaverse education practice, the reasons for the emergence of technological ethical risks are discussed; Based on the transcendence of time and space in metaverse education, the reasons for the emergence of cultural ethical risks are elaborated. From the perspective of protecting the individual educated, according to educational standards and rules of seeking truth, kindness, and aesthetics, using the generation, calculation, and evaluation of learning scenarios as a means, taking the development of individual “knowing, feeling, willing and doing” as the evaluation index of educational validity. Based on the principle of “trigger execution”, a risk monitoring and prevention level has been designed from “error tolerance” to “danger exit”. A security sandbox model and regulatory mechanism for metaverse education ecological ethics have been established, supported by multiple modules such as legal and educational rule governance and management interfaces, real-time dynamic information calculation and educational validity measurement of educational scenarios, human-machine interaction data capture, and individual risk monitoring of learners.
