3D打印技术联合PBL教学模式在临床住培学员复杂骨科创伤教学中的应用

【摘要】 目的 探究3 D打印技术联合PBL(Problem-based learing)教学模式在临床住培学员复杂骨科创伤教学中的应用效果,探索高效临床骨科教学方法。方法 将2020年12月-2021年7月于骨科中心进行规范化培训的60名外科系统非骨科专业研究生纳入研究,随机数字表法分为两组,每组30人。对两组采用不同的教学方式,分为传统教学组和PBL联合3D打印教学组,观察两组学员出科考核情况以及对教学的满意度调查。结果 PBL联合3D打印技术教学组学生在基础理论、临床技能和临床思维三个方面的考核成绩均显著高于传统组(P <0.05)。PBL联合3D打印技术教学组学生的出科考核总成绩以及学生教学满意度也均显著高于传统组(P <0.05)。结论 3D打印技术联合PBL教学模式可提升临床住培学员复杂骨科创伤教学的效果。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect of 3 D printing technology combined with PBL teaching mode in teaching complex orthopedic trauma to clinical residency trainees, and to find an effective teaching method for clinical orthopedic teaching. Methods Sixty non-orthopaedic postgraduate students of the surgical system who underwent standardized training at our orthopaedic center between December 2020and July 2021 were included in the study, and were divided into two groups of 30 each by random number table method, and different teaching methods were used for two groups, which were divided into the traditional teaching group and the PBL combined with 3 D printing teaching group, and the discharge assessment of the trainees in two groups was observed and the satisfaction survey of teaching. Results The results showed that the students in the PBL combined with 3 D printing teaching group had higher assessment scores in three aspects: basic theory, clinical skills and clinical thinking than the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The total assessment scores and the satisfaction of students in the PBL combined with 3 D printing teaching group were also higher than those in the traditional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion 3 D printing technology combined with PBL teaching mode can improve the teaching effect of complex orthopaedic trauma for clinical residency trainees.
