【摘要】 北宋武臣之后石谔墓志现存于河南省新郑市博物馆，墓志系统记载了石谔的为官经历、家庭关系和社会交往，具有重要的研究价值。墓志文记载了石谔“引经传情”的司法理念，揭露了北宋中后期朝廷在司法方面存在的引例取旨、赦宥贪官等问题，展示了石谔作为刑部官员把自己惩治贪官、宽贷灾民、宽贷奴婢的主张化为朝廷政策的过程。其中“引经传情”的思想主张、宽贷奴婢的政策未见史书记载，值得重视。墓志文所载石谔任职地方的经历，反映了北宋社会黑恶势力犯罪猖獗、民众“善讼”“事巫诅”“子生不举”、路有遗骸等社会问题，揭示了石谔治理地方的才干和智慧。石谔墓志还可补充宋夏、宋辽交聘以及墓志撰者张叔夜史事之阙。更多还原

【Abstract】 Shi E whose epitaph is collected at the Xinzheng Museum and has important academic values was born in a military family. The epitaph systematically records his official experience, family relations and friendship. And it records Shi’s judicial concept of “citing classic masterpieces to convey feelings”, and exposes the judicial problems, such as absolving corrupt officials in the middle and late Northern Song Dynasty. It also shows the process that Shi E, as an official of the Ministry of Criminal Justice, turned his advocacy of punishing corrupt officials severely and having mercy on poor and slavers into a court policy. The idea of “citing classic masterpieces to convey feelings” and the policy of having mercy on slaves are not recorded in historical books, to which should be paid attention. Shi E’s experience reveals the social problems of the Northern Song Dynasty, such as the rampant crimes, the local lawsuits, superstition, abandoning children, corpses on the road and so on, and the epitaph shows Shi E’s ability and wisdom in governing the local area. The epitaph could enrich the history of relationship between Song and Xi Xia, Song and Khitan, of Zhang who was the author of the epitaph.更多还原
