【摘要】 提升文化软实力是建成社会主义文化强国的重要支撑。针对当前我国文化领域存在的“传统文化创造性转化能力弱、文化管理制度不健全、文化国际影响力不高”等问题，应从器物层次、制度层次、精神层次探索解决路径。在器物层次，要树立文化自觉意识，坚持创新驱动，推动传统文化资源的现代化转化；在制度层次，要坚持制度自信，完善政策法规，建立系统完备的公共文化服务体系；在精神层次，要坚守意识形态阵地，弘扬社会主义核心价值观，在国际交流中提升中华文化影响力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The promotion of cultural soft power is an important support for the building of a socialist cultural power. In view of the problems existing in the cultural field of China, such as the poor ability for the creative transformation of traditional culture, the imperfect cultural management system and the low international influence of culture, which are expected to be solved from such aspects as the object, the system, and the spirit. In term of the object, it is necessary to establish cultural consciousness, persist in innovation-driven, and promote the modernization of traditional cultural resources. In term of the management, it is necessary to persist in institutional self-confidence and complete policies and regulations. In term of the spirit, it’s expected to stick to the ideological position, carry forward the socialist core values and enhance the influence of Chinese culture in international exchanges.更多还原
