【摘要】 《甲状腺结节和分化型甲状腺癌诊治指南（第二版）》（以下简称指南）在第一版（2012年）基础上，结合中国经验和国内外研究进展，进行了首次重大调整和修订。参与修订的学会由原来的4个增加为7个，增加了指南的权威性。文章就主要亮点和更新点进行介绍和解读，包括：甲状腺结节的筛查、良恶性鉴别方法和良性结节治疗方法等方面的更新。并对新版指南中对于分化型甲状腺癌术式选择、新兴疗法等方面达成的共识，以及术后分期、最新病理分型、131I治疗方案、动态风险评估、促甲状腺素抑制治疗方案等方面的变化进行解读，以利于医生对指南的理解和临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Thyroid Nodules and Differentiated Thyroid Cancer(Second Edition),hereinafter referred to as the "Guidelines",have been adjusted and revised for the first time on the basis of the first edition(2012),taking into account China’s experience and research progress at home and abroad. The number of societies participating in the revision has increased from 4 to 7,increasing the authority of the guidelines. Here,the main highlights and update points were introduced and interpreted,including the screening of thyroid nodules,the methods of identification for the benign and malignant,and the treatment for benign nodules. The interpretation of changes in the postoperative staging,latest pathologic classification,131I treatment regimens,dynamic risk assessment,thyrotropin inhibition regimens,and other aspects for differentiated thyroid cancer(DTC),as well as the consensus on surgical options and emerging therapies for DTC in the revised guidelines,will help doctors to understand and the guidelines clinically apply.更多还原
