【摘要】 基于河南王家村的田野调查，以多元主体为研究视角，分析乡村振兴的实践路径与动力机制。认为乡村振兴是领军人物、外出精英、村干部、村民和地方政府等多元主体共同参与的结果，其中乡情是外出精英反哺家乡的社会心理动因，基于地缘、血缘和“同乡同业”的社会网络是形成村庄共同体和集体行动的社会组织基础，追求良好的名声和人际关系是村民参与的社会文化根源，而政绩和发展是地方政府集中资源打造示范村的行动逻辑。王家村个案可提供重要启示：实施乡村振兴战略要重视培育乡村领袖人物，激励与乡土带有亲缘和地缘关系的资本下乡，发挥乡村传统网络和价值的作用，探索和完善政府的角色和干预方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the field investigation in Wangjia Village, Henan Province, this paper analyzes the practical path and dynamic mechanism of rural revitalization from the perspective of multiple subjects. It is believed that rural revitalization is the result of the joint participation of multiple subjects such as leaders,expatriate elites, village cadres, villagers and local governments, among which nostalgia is the social psychological motivation for expatriate elites to feed their hometown, and the social network based on geography, blood ties and "fellow countrymen" is the social organization foundation for the formation of village community and collective action. The pursuit of good reputation and interpersonal relationship is the social and cultural root of villagers’ participation. Achievement and development is the action logic of local governments to concentrate resources to build model villages. The case of Wangjia Village can provide important enlightenment: the implementation of rural revitalization strategy should pay attention to the cultivation of rural leaders, encourage the capital with local relations to the countryside, give play to the role of rural traditional networks and values, explore and improve the role of the government and intervention methods.更多还原
