【Abstract】 Carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals are challenges facing the petroleum processing industry and important opportunities for the industry to achieve high-quality development. The low-carbon development of petroleum processing industry needs to coordinate the relationship between the whole and the part, development and emission reduction, short-term and long-term, and choose different emission reduction paths according to specific emission reduction scenarios.
