【摘要】 目的 探讨Mulligan动态关节松动术联合体外冲击波治疗老年肩关节周围炎的临床效果。方法 收集2019年1月至2022年7月我院就诊的50例老年肩关节周围炎病人，根据治疗方法分为研究组、对照组，各25例。研究组采用Mulligan动态关节松动术联合体外冲击波，对照组采用常规关节松动术联合体外冲击波。2组关节松动术均为1周治疗3次，连续治疗6周。采用肩关节疼痛评分(VAS评分)和肩关节功能评定量表(Constant-Murley评分)对治疗前后的疗效进行评估。结果 2组治疗后VAS评分、Constant-Murley评分均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.001),且研究组改善更显著(P<0.001)。结论 Mulligan动态关节松动术联合体外冲击波在改善老年肩关节周围炎病人关节功能和缓解疼痛方面疗效肯定，值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Mulligan technique combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis in the elderly. Methods From January 2019 to July 2022, a total of 50 elderly patients diagnosed as scapulohumeral periarthritis in Rehabilitation Medical Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were selected and divided into the control group and the research group according to the therapy, with 25 cases in each group. The research group received Mulligan technique combined with extracorporeal shock wave, while the control group received ordinary joint mobilization combined with extracorporeal shock wave. Both groups were treated 3 times a week for 6 consecutive weeks. The shoulder pain scale(visual analogue scale, VAS) and shoulder function scale(Constant-Murley) were used to evaluate the efficacy before and after treatment. Results The VAS score and Constant-Murley score in both groups were significantly improved after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.001), especially in the research group(P<0.001). Conclusions Mulligan technique combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis, which has the value of clinical application and promotion.更多还原
