深水石油装备疲劳寿命预测及定制软件研制
Fatigue Life Prediction and Custom Software Development for Deepwater Oil Equipment
【摘要】 利用Visual Studio软件平台以及C++语言开发水下井口疲劳寿命预测软件,实现了通过海况以及材料参数对水下井口疲劳寿命进行预测,并将随机载荷谱、雨流计数法结果以及模型寿命结果进行了可视化等功能。不仅基于线性波浪叠加法、PM谱以及波流联合作用力公式对随机载荷谱进行计算,还通过线性累积损伤模型对模型寿命进行了预测。结果表明,对水下井口的疲劳寿命预测非常必要,因此,该软件的开发对水下装备寿命自动预测具有指导价值。
【Abstract】 Visual Studio software platform and C++ language were used to develop the underwater wellhead fatigue life prediction software, which realized the prediction of underwater wellhead fatigue life by sea state and material parameters, and visualized the random load spectrum, rain flow counting method and model life results. The random load spectrum is calculated based on the linear wave superposition method, P-M spectrum and the combined wave-current force formula, and the lifetime of the model is predicted by the linear cumulative damage model. Because the fatigue life prediction of underwater wellhead is very necessary, the development of this software has guiding value for the automatic life prediction of underwater equipment.
