油井气举可视化找漏技术在长庆油田的应用

【摘要】 在油气田的开发生产中,套管由于多种因素而导致漏点大量出水,严重影响到油井的生产效率。而常规的井下找漏方法在实时性、准确率以及找漏效率方面具有一定的局限性。鉴于此,提出了一种套损井找漏方法,运用气举工艺破坏井下压力平衡状态,造成套破点出液,在井筒内形成流态。结合VideoLog可视化测井技术,观察井筒内井液的流向、流态和管壁状况,快速、准确地定位套破出水位置,实现井下气举可视化找漏。由长庆油田实验油井所获得的数据可以得出,此技术能够迅速准确找出漏点位置,并且效率以及可靠性具有一定的保障。故气举可视化找漏是一种准确高效的油井套破找漏技术,具备应用和推广价值,同时也为类似油井找漏提供了技术指导和实际经验。

【Abstract】 In the development and production of oil-gas fields, due to various influencing factors, large amounts of water come out from casing leakages, which seriously affect production efficiency of oil well.But normal downhole leaking detecting methods have certain limitations in the aspects of real-time, rate of accuracy, and efficiency of leaking detection. So this paper proposes one set of leaking hunting methods on damaged casing wells, which use gas-lift technology to destroy downhole pressure balance, bring about liquid outflow at damaged points of casing pipe and form the flowing state in casing tube. Then combined with VideoLog Visual logging technology, researchers observe flowing direction, flowing state, and pipe wall condition, rapidly and accurately locate the position of leaking water on casing pipe, and thus realize visual leaking detection of oil well gas-lift. It is obtained from the data of experiments in testing field of Changqing oilfields that this technology can quickly and accurately find out leaking positions, and its efficiency and dependence are guaranteed to certain degree. Therefore, gas-lift visual leaking direction is one accurate and efficient leaking hunting method for damaged well casing, which has values of application and wide spreading. Meanwhile, it also provides technology guidance and practical experiences for similar wells.
