【摘要】 目的 ：探索“质控-绩效”偶联模式，为更好地开展上海市全科医疗质控工作提供参考。方法 ：于2022年1月对上海市普陀区11家社区卫生服务中心2019—2021年的市级全科医疗质控考核情况进行调研，分析将市级全科医疗质控考核内容纳入区级绩效考核前后，普陀区市级全科医疗质控考核结果的变化情况，包括质控考核评分结果及主要存在问题等。结果 ：与2019年相比，“全科医生人员配备及岗位职责”的得分率在2020年有所上升，但2021年有所下降，其余6项指标的得分率在3年间均不断上升或维持不变。普陀区在市级全科医疗质控考核中被评为A级的社区卫生服务中心数量从2019年的2家（18.18%）增加到2021年的4家（36.36%），被评为B级与C级的社区卫生服务中心数量则逐年递减。2019—2021年市级全科医疗质控考核存在问题涉及5个指标，相关问题被提及总次数为129次。结论 ：“质控-绩效”偶联模式提升了普陀区各社区卫生服务中心参与市级全科医疗质控考核的驱动力，促进其及时发现并解决自身存在问题，为后续进一步深化质控工作，开展优质医疗服务奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To develop the quality control and performance coupling mode, and to provide a reference for the quality control in general practice of Shanghai. Methods: In January 2022, a municipal level medical quality control assessment in general practice from 2019 to 2021 was conducted in 11 community health service centers in Putuo District to analyze the contents of the quality control assessment of the municipal general practice medicine before and after that was included in the district-level performance assessment, changes in the quality control assessment results of municipal general practice medical care, including the quality control assessment scoring results and main problems. Results: Compared with 2019, the scoring rate of “general practitioners’ staffing and job responsibilities” increased in 2020, but decreased in 2021, the scoring rates of the other six indicators were rising or remained unchanged in the last three years. In Putuo District, the number of community health service centers rated as Grade A in the municipal general practice quality control assessment increased from 2(18.18%) in 2019to 4(36.36%) in 2021, and the number of community health service centers rated as Grade B and Grade C decreased year by year.From 2019 to 2021, the municipal general practice medical quality control assessment problems involved five indicators, and the total number of related problems mentioned was 129. Conclusion: The quality control and performance coupling mode has raised the motivation of the community health service centers in Putuo District to participate in the quality control assessment of municipal general practice, drive them to find and solve their own problems timely, and lay a foundation for further quality control work and high-quality medical services.更多还原
