TG-DTG与TG-FTIR-GC/MS联用研究鸡粪热解动力学和挥发性产物
Study on Pyrolysis Kinetics and Volatile Products of Chicken Manure by TG-DTG and TG-FTIR-GC/MS
【摘要】 采用热重-微分热重分析(TG-DTG)研究广西3个不同产地上林县(SCM)、柳城县(LCM)和南宁市(NCM)鸡粪的热解动力学与热解机理;应用热重-红外-气质联用技术(TG-FTIR-GC/MS)动态跟踪鸡粪的热解过程,分析热解的挥发性产物。结果表明:不同产地的鸡粪的热解反应均包括失水、预热解、有机质热解和碳酸盐热解4个阶段,同一产地鸡粪在不同升温速率的热解反应变化规律一致,随着升温速率增加,特征温度和最大失重速率向高温区移动。采用Kissinger法得到SCM、LCM与NCM的热解活化能Ea分别为106.40、161.11、146.55k J·mol-1;结合Coats-Redfern法确定了不同产地鸡粪的热解机理函数。鸡粪热解挥发性产物为CO2、CH4、醛、酮、酸、酯、不饱和脂肪烃和芳香烃化合物;最大失重速率下GC/MS检测所得挥发性产物主要为左旋葡聚糖(25.84%)、4-乙烯基愈创木酚(5.63%)、硬脂酸(4.40%)、2,2-二甲基-4-己烯-3-酮(4.29%)等化合物,可见鸡粪热解产生了具有能源化与资源化应用前景的化合物。
【Abstract】 The pyrolysis kinetics and mechanism of chicken manure from Shanglin County(SCM), Liucheng County(LCM) and Nanning City(NCM) were studied by thermogravimetric-differential thermogravimetric analysis(TG-DTG). TG-FTIR-GC/MS was used to dynamically track the pyrolysis process of chicken manure and analyze the volatile products of pyrolysis. The results showed that the pyrolysis reaction of chicken manure from different producing areas included four stages: dehydration, pre-pyrolysis, organic matter pyrolysis and carbonate pyrolysis.The pyrolysis reaction of chicken manure from the same producing area at different heating rates was consistent. With the increase of heating rate, the characteristic temperature and the maximum weight loss rate moved to the high temperature zone. The pyrolysis activation energy Ea of SCM, LCM and NCM was 106.40 kJ·mol-1, 161.11 kJ·mol-1 and 146.55 kJ·mol-1, respectively. The pyrolysis mechanism function of chicken manure from different producing areas was determined by Coats-Redfern method. The volatile products of chicken manure pyrolysis were CO2, CH4,aldehydes, ketones, acids, esters, unsaturated aliphatic hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons. The volatile products detected by GC/MS at the maximum weight loss rate were mainly levoglucosan(26.98%), 2-methoxy-4-vinylphenol(5.63%), octadecanoic acid(4.40%), 2,2-dimethyl-4-hexen-3-one(4.29%) and other compounds. It was seen that chicken manure pyrolysis produced compounds with energy and resource application prospects.
