能谱CT成像、定量CT对骨密度测定的体外对比研究

【摘要】 目的 通过水模实验对比分析能谱CT成像、定量CT(QCT)对骨密度(BMD)测定的准确性。方法 利用分析纯无水氯化钙配制不同浓度氯化钙(CaCl2)溶液水模以模拟松质骨。对水模进行能谱CT及QCT扫描,同时利用相应后处理软件分别测量钙(水)密度值及QCT测量值,计算水模实际钙浓度。分析钙(水)密度值与QCT测量值、钙(水)密度值与实际钙浓度、QCT测量值与实际钙浓度相关性。结果 Pearson相关分析结果显示,钙(水)密度值与QCT测量值呈高度正相关(r=0.994,P<0.001);钙(水)密度值与实际钙浓度呈高度正相关(r=1.00,P<0.001);QCT测量值与实际钙浓度呈高度正相关(r=0.993,P<0.001)。结论 在水模实验中,钙(水)密度值与实际钙浓度的相关系数比QCT测量值与实际钙浓度的大;能谱CT成像对钙含量测量的准确性优于QCT测量。能谱CT成像在BMD测量的应用前景较好,有望成为测量BMD新的影像技术。

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the accuracy of spectral CT imaging and quantitative computed tomography(QCT) in the measurement of bone mineral density(BMD) through water model experiment.Methods Water models of different concentrations of CaCl2 solution were prepared with analytical pure calcium chloride to simulate cancellous bone.The water models were scanned by spectral CT and QCT.At the same time,the calcium(water) density and QCT measured value were measured by corresponding postprocessing software,respectively,and the actual calcium concentration of the water model was calculated.The correlation between calcium(water) density and QCT measured value,calcium(water) density and actual calcium concentration,QCT measured value and actual calcium concentration were analyzed.Results The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the calcium(water)density was highly positively correlated with the QCT measured value(r=0.994,P<0.001) and the actual calcium concentration(r=1.00,P<0.001).The QCT measured value was highly positively correlated with the actual calcium concentration(r=0.993,P<0.001).Conclusion In the water model experiment,the correlation coefficient between calcium(water) density and actual calcium concentration is larger than that of QCT measured value and actual calcium concentration;the accuracy of spectral CT imaging in the measurement of calcium density is better than that of QCT.The application prospect of spectral CT imaging in BMD measurement is promising and it may be a new imaging technique for measuring BMD.
