基于TIA Portal的智能分拣仓储控制系统的设计与仿真
Design and Simulation of a TIA Portal-based Intelligent Sorting Warehouse Control System
【摘要】 智能分拣仓储系统是一种高效、准确、节省人力成本和物流费用的仓储管理系统。采用S7-1200PLC作为控制器,结合测重分拣程序、机械臂控制程序和出入库控制程序,实现自动化分拣和存储货物。同时,采用TIA Portal软件平台中的Factory IO搭建仿真模型,通过PC Station设计人机交互界面,方便用户操作。经过联机调试验证了所设计的系统操作简单、功能完善、性价比高,为分拣仓储企业提供了很好的解决方案。
【Abstract】 The intelligent picking and storage system is a warehouse management system that is efficient,accurate, and saves labor costs and logistics expenses. Using S7-1200 PLC as the controller, combined with the weight sorting program, robotic arm control program and in/out control program to realize automatic sorting and storage of goods. At the same time, the simulation model is built in Factory IO of TIA Portal software platform, and the human-computer interaction interface is designed through PC Station to facilitate user operation. After online debugging and verification, the designed system is simple to operate, functional and cost-effective, providing a good solution for sorting and storage enterprises.
