【摘要】 胃癌是我国常见恶性肿瘤，早期确诊率低，中医药在胃癌治疗中发挥重要作用。李佩文教授根据多年临床经验将胃癌主要分为瘀毒内阻、痰湿凝结、脾胃虚寒、气血两亏四型，总结出胃癌脾肾阳虚的病机，在辨治过程中以顾护胃气为本，强调脾肾同治的重要，遣方用药善于疏理气机。现总结李佩文教授辨证治疗胃癌经验，对其治疗思路以及临床用药特点进行探析，并结合医案加以说明，为临床提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Gastric cancer is a common malignant tumor in China, with low early diagnosis rate.Traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in the treatment of gastric cancer.Professor Li Peiwen, based on years of clinical experience, classified gastric cancer into four types: internal obstruction of blood stasis and toxins, phlegm dampness congealing, spleen stomach deficiency cold, and qi and blood deficiency.Summarize the pathogenesis of spleen and kidney yang deficiency of gastric cancer.In the process of differentiation and treatment, take care of stomach qi as the basis.In drug use part, regulating Qi is important.This paper summarizes Professor Li’s academic thought of treating gastric cancer and explore his treatment ideas and clinical medication characteristics to provide reference for clinical practice.更多还原
