乳腺癌外泌体中环状RNA的生物学功能研究进展
Research progress on biological function of exosome circular RNA in breast cancer
【摘要】 乳腺癌发病率逐年上升并超越肺癌跃居全球癌症发病率首位。随着乳腺癌诊疗技术的飞速发展,患者预后得到了较大改善,但复发、转移及化疗耐药仍是乳腺癌患者的主要死亡原因。因此,探究在乳腺癌发生、发展及诊治过程中,发挥关键作用的新型分子标志物尤为迫切。而环状RNA自身特有的稳定环状结构及在各种疾病中的调控作用,使其在疾病分子标志物领域得到广泛的研究与证实。与此同时,研究者们发现广泛分布于人体各种体液中的外泌体,可作为环状RNA在细胞间通讯的重要载体。外泌体中环状RNA在多种癌症发生的细胞间通讯、调节肿瘤微环境等多个环节发挥了重要作用。因此,本文归纳总论了乳腺癌外泌体中环状RNA的生物学功能及临床价值。
【Abstract】 The incidence of breast cancer(BC) is increasing and surpassed lung cancer to become the first in the world.With the rapid development of BC diagnosis and treatment technology, the prognosis of patients has been greatly improved, but recurrence, metastasis and chemotherapy resistance are still the main causes of death in BC patients.Therefore, it is particularly urgent to explore new molecular markers which play a key role in the occurrence, development, diagnosis and treatment of BC.Circular RNA(circRNA) has been widely studied and confirmed in the field of molecular markers because of its unique stable circular structure and its regulatory role in various diseases.At the same time, researchers have found that exosomes widely distributed in various body fluids can be used as an important carrier of circRNA in intercellular communication.The stable structure of circRNA and the convenience of exosome sampling make their combination have important research value in cancer.This article summarizes the biological function and clinical value of exosome circRNA in BC.
