【摘要】 目的:探讨原发于宫颈的髓外浆细胞瘤的临床病理学特征、诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗预后。方法:回顾性分析1例宫颈原发髓外浆细胞瘤的临床资料、病理学特征及免疫表型，并复习相关文献。结果:肿瘤细胞弥漫分布，主要由不同分化程度的浆细胞构成，可见核分裂象。免疫表型：肿瘤细胞CD38、CD138、CD79a、Kappa, MUM-1、CD56阳性，CKpan、Lambda、CD3、CD20、CD19、PAX-5、EBER阴性，Ki-67阳性率约40%。结论:宫颈原发髓外浆细胞瘤是一种罕见的发生于骨髓外的浆细胞单克隆增生性惰性淋巴瘤，需结合全身检查、组织学特征、免疫组化及分子检测明确诊断，避免漏诊。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinicopathological feature, diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment of primary extramedullary plasmacytoma(EMP) in cervix.Methods:The clinical data, pathological features and immunophenotype of 1 EMP patient in cervix were analyzed, and the relative literature was reviewed.Results:The tumor cells were diffusely distributed and mainly composed of plasma cells with various differentiation.Nuclear division was visible.Immunohistochemically staining showed that CD38,CD138,CD79a, Kappa, MUM-1 and CD56 in tumor cells were positive, and CKpan, Lambda, CD3,CD20,CD19,PAX-5 and EBER were negative.The positive rate of Ki-67 was about 40%.Conclusion:Primary extramedullary plasmacytoma in the cervix was a rare plasma cell monoclonal proliferative indolent lymphoma occurring outside the bone marrow.Systemic examination, histological features, immunohistochemistry and molecular detection were required for making a definitive diagnosis and preventing the missed diagnosis.更多还原
