【摘要】 目的:探讨RNA解旋酶DDX21在原发性肝细胞肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC)组织中的表达情况，分析其与肝癌患者的临床预后关系和意义。方法:我们通过免疫组织化学方法检测86例行根治性切除术的肝细胞肝癌患者癌和癌旁组织中的RNA解旋酶DDX21表达水平。统计分析RNA解旋酶DDX21的表达与临床病理参数的关系，运用癌症相关生存分析工具Kaplan-Meier,分析观察RNA解旋酶DDX21的表达水平与患者预后生存期的关系，建立Cox回归模型，寻找影响肝细胞肝癌患者预后的独立因素。结果:癌旁组织胞浆中RNA解旋酶DDX21表达高于癌组织中的表达(P<0.05);癌旁组织胞浆中RNA解旋酶DDX21高表达患者预后良好和无病生存率显著高于RNA解旋酶DDX21低表达患者，肿瘤大小和RNA解旋酶DDX21蛋白表达水平均与肝细胞肝癌预后密切相关(P<0.05);Cox回归分析显示，肿瘤大小和RNA解旋酶DDX21蛋白表达水平均与肝细胞肝癌预后良好显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:RNA解旋酶DDX21有望成为影响肝细胞肝癌患者预后的生物标志物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the expression of RNA Helicase DDX21 in normal liver tissue and liver cancer tissue, and investigate the relationship and significance in primary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of RNA Helicase DDX21protein in 86 cases of patients with liver cancer who underwent radical resection.Statistical analysis the correlation amongst of RNA Helicase DDX21 protein expression in normal liver tissue and liver cancer tissue, disease-free survival and overall survival were analyzed by Kaplan-Meier.Results:The expression of RNA Helicase DDX21 paracancer tissue in cytoplasm was significantly higher than that in liver cancer tissue(P<0.05).Kaplan-Meier analyses of disease-free survival time and overall survival time of endometrial cancer patients with paracancer tissue in cytoplasm of RNA Helicase DDX21 expression show that liver cancer patients with high expression of RNA Helicase DDX21 had significantly longer disease-free survival and overall survival than those with low expression of RNA Helicase DDX21(P<0.05).Multivariate Cox regression model show that tumor size and the expression of RNA Helicase DDX21 protein were closely related to the prognosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:RNA Helicase DDX21 may be a very valuable biomarker, which can be used to intrefere with the prognosis of patients with liver cancer.更多还原
