RNA结合蛋白在肾癌发生发展中作用机制及生物学功能的研究进展
Research progress on the mechanism of action and biological function of RNA binging proteins in the pathogenesis and development of renal cell carcinoma
【摘要】 RNA结合蛋白(RBPs)是基因调控的重要组成部分,其涉及与rRNA、ncRNA、snRNA、miRNA、mRNA和tRNA等各种类型RNA的相互作用。其表达失调可能会促进细胞增殖、促进血管生成、抑制凋亡,在多种疾病尤其是恶性肿瘤的发生发展中扮演着关键角色。随着对肾癌分子机制研究的逐渐深入,人们发现RBPs的异常表达与肾癌的增殖、侵袭和转移密切相关,这些研究对肾癌的诊断、治疗和预后评价提供了一些新思路。本文就RNA结合蛋白在肾癌发生发展中作用机制及生物学功能的研究进展进行综述。
【Abstract】 RNA binding proteins(RBPs) are an important component in gene regulation, which involve the interaction with rRNA,ncRNA,snRNA,miRNA,mRNA and tRNA.Dysregulation of its expression may promote cell proliferation, promote angiogenesis and inhibit apoptosis, which plays a key role in the occurrence and development of many diseases, especially malignant tumors.With the deepening of the research on the molecular mechanism of renal cell carcinoma,it has been found that the abnormal expression of RBPs is closely related to the proliferation,invasion and metastasis of renal cell carcinoma. These studies provide some new ideas for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis evaluation of renal cell carcinoma. This article reviews the role of RNA-binding proteins in the development of renal cell carcinoma and their biological functions.
