【摘要】 <正>Xp11.2易位肾细胞癌（translocation renal cell carcinoma, tRCC）即Xp11.2易位/TFE3基因融合相关性肾细胞癌，又称TFE3肾细胞癌，是一种十分罕见且预后较差的肾脏恶性肿瘤，该病由X染色体短臂1区1带2亚带上TFE3基因的功能域与其他基因（通常是管家基因）的启动子发生基因融合，进而导致TFE3蛋白的过表达^[1];更多还原
