【摘要】 目的:了解磁县居民不同年龄组癌症发病类型分布情况。方法:分析磁县收集整理的2013-2017年癌症发病资料，并计算不同年龄组癌症发病类型的构成。结果:2013年1月1日-2017年12月31日间累计新发癌症8 965例，男性及女性分别占总癌症发病构成的57.01%和42.99%。男性发病前五位的癌症类型分别是食管癌、胃癌、支气管肺癌、肝癌和结直肠肛门癌，构成分别为30.42%、23.83%、19.23%、8.88%和4.54%;女性发病构成前五位的癌症类型分别为食管癌、胃癌、支气管肺癌、乳腺癌和结直肠肛门癌，构成分别为26.49%、14.12%、13.65%、10.59%和5.71%。从年龄组与癌症类型的构成结果显示，男性、女性发病构成主要癌种为食管癌、胃癌、肺癌。结论:不同年龄组段的癌症发病类型各有不同，针对不同年龄组人群采取不同的疾病干预和预防措施十分重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the distribution of cancer incidence types in different age groups in Cixian.Methods:Treatment the data of cancer cases collected in Cixian from 2013 to 2017 were analyzed.The composition of cancer incidence types in different age groups was calculated.Results:From January 1,2013 to December 31,2017,there were 8 965 new cases of cancer.Male and female accounted for 57.01% and 42.99% of the total cancer incidence, respectively.The top five cancer types among males were esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, bronchogenic cancer, liver cancer and colorectal anal cancer, accounting for 30.42%,23.83%,19.23%,8.88% and 4.54%,respectively.The top five types of cancer in female incidence were esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, bronchogenic cancer,breast cancer and colorectal cancer,accounting for 26. 49%,14. 12%,13. 65%,10. 59% and 5. 71%,respectively.According to the composition of age group and cancer type,the main types of cancer in male and female were esophageal cancer,gastric cancer and lung cancer.
