【摘要】 随着社会的不断发展，法医学已经成为影响国计民生和保障社会稳定的一门重要学科。法医学研究生教育是培养合格法医人才的高级教育形式。针对目前我国法医学研究生培养过程中存在的问题，如数量和质量不平衡、缺乏实践操作技能、实习环节的教学资源不足等，郑州大学法医学系结合自身学科优势，在建立硕博贯通式人才培养模式，线上线下灵活授课，提高学生科研水平和实践能力，多平台进行学术交流与合作等方面进行了实践。文章总结了郑州大学高层次复合型法医学研究生培养模式的现状与待解决的问题，为加强行业内人才培养体系建设，努力提高我国法医学人才的整体素质提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of society, forensic science has become an important discipline that ensures national economy, people’s livelihood and social stability. Postgraduate education is an advanced form of education to cultivate qualified talents of forensic science, but there are some problems identified in the current cultivation mode, such as imbalance in quantity and quality, students’ lack of practical skills, and insufficient teaching resources for internships, etc. Relying on the disciplinary advantages, teachers of the Department of Forensic Science of Zhengzhou University have explored a talent cultivation mode of integrating master and doctorate programs, allowing flexible online and offline teaching, therefore, the postgraduate students can improve scientific research ability based on academic exchanges and cooperation on multiple platforms. This paper reviews the status quo of the cultivation mode of postgraduate students of forensic science, identified major problems, and suggested a new mode to construct a better cultivation system of forensic talents, providing reference for teaching reform in similar programs and improving the overall quality of forensic talents in China.更多还原
