教师核心素养的四因素结构模型

【摘要】 教师核心素养是教师的关键品格与能力,是其成为优秀教师的必备条件。不同阶段与类型的学校对教师核心素养的要求可能有所不同,但也有共通性,梳理清楚教师的核心素养的基本构成对于教师教育具有重要意义。本文分析了教师核心素养的基本意涵,在此基础上建构了教师核心素养四因素结构模型,即:教师核心素养主要体现在品格素养、知识素养、文化素养、能力素养等四个方面,这四个方面缺一不可,完整构成教师核心素养内在结构。教师核心素养四因素结构模型能够为教师核心素养测评提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 The key competencies of teachers are the core ability and character of teachers, and are the decisive factor in becoming an excellent teacher.Different stages and types of schools may have different requirements for teachers’ key competencies, but there are also common requirements. What are the basic components of teachers’ key competencies? It is of great significance for teacher education to clarify these aspects. This paper analyzes the basic meaning of teachers’ key competencies, constructs a four-factor structural model. Teachers’ key competencies mainly embody in four aspects: character competency, knowledge competency, cultural competency and ability competency. These four aspects are indispensable and completely constitute the internal structure of teachers’ key competencies. The four-factor structure model of teachers’ key competencies can provide theoretical basis for the evaluation of teachers’ key competencies.
