【摘要】 目的：分析注射用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠不良反应(ADR)的发生情况，寻找其发生规律，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对2012年1月—2023年5月上报国家药品不良反应监测系统的186例注射用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠ADR报告进行统计分析。结果：注射用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠致不良反应报告中，老年患者占比较高，用药早期ADR发生率较高，不良反应累及系统/器官涉及皮肤黏膜、全身性、呼吸系统、消化系统、神经系统等，过敏反应占比较高。结论：医务人员应严格按适应证使用该药，用药前详细询问过敏史，按要求皮试，用药过程中密切监测，一旦发生不良反应，及时干预，保障患者用药安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the occurrence of adverse reactions(ADR) of piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium for injection in hospital, and find out its occurrence regularity, so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods: All 186 cases of ADR reports of piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium for injection reported to the national ADR monitoring system in hospital from January 2012 to May 2023 were statistically analyzed.Results: In the ADR reports of piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium for injection, the elderly patients accounted for a higher proportion, and the incidence of ADR was higher in the early stage of treatment, the adverse reactions involve the skin, mucosa, systemic, respiratory, digestive and nervous systems.The proportion of allergic reaction is higher.Conclusion: Medical staff should use this product strictly according to the indications, ask the allergy history in detail before administration, conduct skin test according to requirements, closely monitor the process of administration, and intervene in time in case of adverse reactions to ensure the safety of patients.更多还原
