融合多传感器的工业机器人故障信息采集系统

【摘要】 由于工业机器人在频繁的运行中受到各种摩擦、振动、温度变化以及负载作用的影响,从而使设备出现故障的概率大大提升。为了更加全面掌握工业机器人的运行状态,采用ZigBee无线传输技术设计了融合多传感器的工业机器人故障信息采集系统。采集节点读取振动传感器、电机转速传感器和温度传感器采集的数据获取工业机器人不同部位的工况信息,然后通过ZigBee无线模块发送到接收装置。接收装置将工业机器人的运行状态信息进行解析,并将提取出来的特征信息与故障特征进行比对,从而对工业机器人进行故障诊断和预测。

【Abstract】 As industrial robots are affected by various friction, vibration, temperature changes and load effects in frequent operation, the probability of equipment failure is greatly increased. To master the running state of industrial robot more comprehensively, a fault information acquisition system of industrial robot fusing multi-sensor was designed by using ZigBee wireless transmission technology. The acquisition node obtained the working condition information of different parts of the industrial robot by reading the vibration sensor, motor speed sensor and temperature sensor, and then sent it to the receiving device through the ZigBee wireless module. The receiving device analyzed the running state information of the industrial robot, and compared the extracted feature information with the fault feature, to realize the fault diagnosis and prediction of the industrial robot.
