【摘要】 目的:汉化Tuebingen库欣病生活质量量表（Tuebingen CD-25）并检验其信效度。方法:参照世界卫生组织跨文化研究指南和Brislin翻译模型将Tuebingen CD-25翻译为中文，通过专家咨询、认知性访谈和预调查形成中文版Tubingen CD-25。采用便利抽样法，于2022年4月—2023年3月选取上海市某三级甲等医院的203例库欣病病人作为研究对象以检验中文版Tubingen CD-25的信度和效度。结果:中文版Tuebingen CD-25包含社会交往、情绪感受、饮食行为、躯体活动限制、性生活、认知6个维度，共25个条目。量表水平的内容效度指数为0.97，条目水平的内容效度指数为0.83～1.00。探索性因子分析提取的6个公因子累积方差贡献率为69.541%。中文版Tuebingen CD-25总分与简明健康状况问卷总分呈负相关，相关系数为-0.731(P<0.001)。量表总体的Cronbach′s α系数为0.919，重测信度为0.919(P<0.01)。结论:中文版Tuebingen CD-25具有良好的信效度，是适用于我国库欣病病人的特异性生活质量评估工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To translate Tuebingen Cushing’s Disease Quality of Life Inventory(Tuebingen CD-25) into Chinese,and test its reliability and validity. Methods:Referring to the World Health Organization’s cross-cultural research guidelines and the Brislin translation model,Tuebingen CD-25 was translated into Chinese. The Chinese version of Tuebingen CD-25 was formed through expert consultation,cognitive interviews,and pre-surveys. A total of 203 patients with Cushing’s disease from a tertiary grade A hospital in Shanghai was selected as subjects from April 2022 to March 2023 by convenience sampling method to test reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Tuebingen CD-25.Results:The Chinese version of Tuebingen CD-25 included 6 dimensions(social interaction,emotional feelings,dietary behavior,physical activity limitations,sexual activity,cognition),with a total of 25 items. the scale-level CVI was 0. 97,and the item-level CVI ranged from 0. 83 to 1. 00. The cumulative variance contribution rate of the 6 common factors extracted through exploratory factor analysis was 69. 541%. The total score of the Chinese version of Tuebingen CD-25 was negatively correlated with the total score of The 36-Item Short Form Health Survey,with correlation coefficient of-0. 731(P<0. 001). Cronbach’s α coefficient of the scale population was 0. 919,and the retest reliability was 0. 919(P<0. 01). Conclusions:The Chinese version of Tuebingen CD-25 has good reliability and validity. It is a specific quality of life assessment tool suitable for patients with Cushing’s disease in China.更多还原
