高掺量水泥稳定废旧混凝土骨料的路用性能

【摘要】 为了循环利用建筑垃圾,探索在路面基层铺筑中充分应用废旧混凝土再生骨料的可行性,研究制备了不同再生混凝土骨料掺量和不同水泥剂量的水泥稳定碎石混合料,试验研究了混合料的击实特性、强度、模量、收缩性和耐久性等路用技术性能。结果表明:高掺量的再生混凝土骨料适用于各公路等级路面的基层和底基层;随着再生混凝土骨料掺量逐渐增大,混合料的最大干密度减小,最佳含水率增大,抗压强度先增大后减小,劈裂强度和弯拉强度则逐渐增大,充分反映了废旧混凝土内部纹理结构的变化,和其对水泥稳定碎石混合料物理力学性能的作用。

【Abstract】 In order to recycle construction waste and explore the feasibility of fully applying waste concrete reclaimed aggregate in pavement base, cement-stabilized macadam mixtures with different recycled concrete aggregate contents and different cement doses were prepared.The compaction characteristics, strength, modulus, shrinkage and durability of mixture were studied by tests.The results show that high content of the waste concrete aggregate is suitable for the base and subbase of all kinds of pavement surfaces.With the gradually rising of waste concrete aggregate, maximum dry density of the mixture falls and optimum moisture content rises.The compressive strength rise first and then fall, while splitting and flexural tensile strength rise gradually.These trends fully reflects the change of the internal texture structure of waste concrete and its influence on the physical and mechanical properties of cement-stabilized crushed stone mixture.
