制革污泥固化及其在混凝土免烧砖中的应用

【摘要】 针对制革污泥直接掺加固化材料制备免烧砖强度低且污染物浸出量大的问题,本研究通过向制革污泥中添加水泥、硅酸钠、生石灰、熟石膏及沸石粉将其制备成污泥骨料,然后用于混凝土免烧砖的制备。对污泥骨料取代碎石制成的混凝土免烧砖测定的结果表明,污泥骨料取代率的提高对混凝土免烧砖性能的负面影响逐渐显著。当污泥骨料取代率为50%时,混凝土免烧砖的强度指标仍可达到《混凝土实心砖》(GB/T 21144—2007)的要求,各项污染物浸出浓度均也符合相关标准,满足当前建筑行业对建筑材料的要求。

【Abstract】 In view of the problems of low strength and large amount of pollutant leaching in the preparation of unburned bricks by directly adding solidified materials into tannery sludge, this research prepared it into sludge aggregates by adding cement, sodium silicate, quicklime, plaster of paris and zeolite powder to tannery sludge.And then the sludge aggregates were used in the preparation of concrete unburned bricks.The test results of concrete unburned bricks made of sludge aggregates instead of gravel show that the increase of sludge aggregates replacement rate has a gradually significant negative impact on the performance of concrete unburned bricks.When the replacement rate of sludge aggregates is 50%,the strength of concrete unburned bricks can still meet the requirements of “Concrete Solid Bricks”(GB/T 21144—2007),and the leaching concentration of various pollutants also meets the relevant standards, which can meet the requirements of the current construction industry for building materials.
