高端生物基润滑油基础油合成技术的研究进展

【摘要】 综述了当前具有良好应用前景的几类生物基润滑油基础油合成技术,其中包括烯烃复分解、交内酯化、植物糖发酵和C-C偶联。简述了每类合成技术的技术路线和相应润滑油产物的理化性能。生物基润滑油优势在于生物可降解性好,可实现碳循环闭环过程,符合“双碳”背景下能源的转型发展,突破了植物油的传统改性技术的局限性。综合分析了生物基润滑油基础油合成技术的润滑油性能和工艺经济性,为高性能生物基润滑油合成技术的工业化发展提供参考,同时对未来生物基润滑油合成技术的发展趋势进行了分析和展望。

【Abstract】 Several kinds of bio-based lube base oil synthesis technologies with good application prospects are reviewed, including olefin metathesis, estolide, plant sugar fermentation and C-C coupling.The technical route of each kind of synthesis technology and the physical and chemical properties of corresponding lubricating oil products are briefly described.The advantage of bio-based lubricating oil is that it has good biodegradability and can realize the closed-loop process of carbon cycle, which is in line with the transformation and development of energy under the background of “double carbon” and breaks through the limitations of traditional modification technology of vegetable oil.The lubricating oil performance and process economy of bio-based lube base oil synthesis technology are comprehensively analyzed to provide reference for the industrial development of high-performance bio-based lube oil synthesis technology.At the same time, the development trend of bio-based lube oil synthesis technology in the future is analyzed and prospected.
