基于MIL-101制备“四角星形”零价铁@碳及其性能研究

【摘要】 以铁基金属有机框架材料MIL-101(Fe)作为前驱体,采用“刻蚀-碳化-还原”策略制备了一种新型的“四角星形”零价铁@碳磁性纳米复合材料(FS-nZVI@C),并选择水体中具有代表性的有机污染物亚甲基蓝作为降解对象,研究其降解有机物的性能。结果表明,制备的FS-nZVI@C具有“四角星”形貌,平均粒径约为500 nm,内核为nZVI,核外包覆的碳既可以改善材料的分散性,又可以有效抑制nZVI被氧化。对亚甲基蓝(10 mg/L)的降解率达到近100%只需5 min(用量1 g/L),在室温下空气环境中,放置8 d后对亚甲基蓝的降解率仍可保持在80%以上。

【Abstract】 A novel magnetic nanocomposite material with a shape of four-angle star(FS-nZVI@C) was synthesized by utilizing the iron-based metal-organic framework material MIL-101 as a precursor.Furthermore, Methylene blue(MB) was employed to investigate the reductive degradation of organic contaminants.The results suggested that the four-angle star-shaped FS-nZVI@C with a mean diameter of 500 nm was covered by carbon, which benefited to improve the dispersity and inhibits the oxidation of nZVI,the degradation rate of methylene blue reached nearly 100% in only 5 mins(amount 1 g/L),in the air environment at room temperature, after 8 h of placement, the degradation rate of methylene blue was recognized to remain above 80%.
