微波在分子筛合成中的应用进展
Progress in microwave synthesis of molecular sieves
【摘要】 综述了近几年微波在分子筛合成中的应用进展。分子筛作为多孔材料在催化、吸附和离子交换等领域具有广泛应用。微波辐射能有效地制备均匀且可控的分子筛,从而提高其性能。概述了微波在分子筛合成过程中的机理;重点讨论了近年来微波在合成杂原子磷酸铝分子筛和分子筛膜的应用以及研究进展;最后对微波合成分子筛的发展方向和应用前景做出展望。
【Abstract】 The progress of microwave applications in molecular sieve synthesis in recent years is summarized.Molecular sieves with porous structures have been widely used in many fields, such as catalysis, adsorption, and ion exchange.Microwave radiation can quickly and efficiently prepare uniform and controllable molecular sieves that enable remarkable functions.The paper firstly presents an overview of the mechanism of microwaves in the synthesis of molecular sieves.Secondly focusing on the critical applications of microwaves in the synthesis of heteroatomic aluminum phosphate molecular sieves and molecular sieve membranes and the progress of research in recent years.Finally, the development direction and application prospect of microwave synthetic molecular sieve prospected.
