超声辅助提取银杏叶莽草酸工艺优化

【摘要】 采用超声辅助稀酸提取银杏叶中莽草酸,基于响应面试验设计,考察了料液比、超声温度、超声时间、提取次数对银杏叶中莽草酸提取得率的影响。结果表明:超声辅助稀盐酸提取银杏叶莽草酸的最佳工艺为:料液比1∶200(g/mL),超声温度40℃,超声时间18 min/次,提取次数3次。银杏叶莽草酸得率为2.981 mg/g。影响莽草酸得率的程度由高到低的顺序为:料液比、提取次数、超声温度、超声时间。

【Abstract】 Ultrasonic assisted extraction of shikimic acid from Ginkgo biloba leaves was studied.Based on the single factor test data, the response surface methodology was designed to investigate the effects of the ratio of material to liquid, ultrasonic temperature, ultrasonic time and extraction times on the extraction of shikimic acid from Ginkgo biloba leaves.The results showed that the optimum conditions for ultrasonic assisted extraction of shikimic acid from Ginkgo biloba leaves with dilute hydrochloric acid were as follows: the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶200(g/mL),the ultrasonic temperature was 40 ℃,the ultrasonic time was 18 min/times, and the extraction times were 3 times.The yield of shikimic acid from Ginkgo biloba leaves was 2.981 mg/g.The order of influence on shikimic acid yield is: ratio of material to liquid>extraction times>ultrasonic temperature>ultrasonic time.
