从光伏废弃物中回收碲的研究进展
Research progress of recycled tellurium in photovoltaic waste
【摘要】 以碲化镉薄膜太阳能电池为研究对象,从光伏废弃物中回收碲的工艺入手,简要综述了二次利用法、浸出法、吸附法、膜分离法和电化学法对于碲的回收原理与机制,继而讨论了各类碲分离材料、碲分离过程和分离工艺对于碲的分离效率的影响,对光伏废弃物提碲工艺做出展望,旨在为其他新兴电子废弃物资源化的研究提供有价值的参考。
【Abstract】 Taking cadmium telluride thin film solar cells as the research object, we have summarized recent advances towards the separation process for recovering tellurium from photovoltaic waste based on different types of separation techniques, including secondary utilization method, leaching method, adsorption method, membrane separation method and electrochemical method.The effects of various tellurium separation materials and tellurium separation processes on separation efficiency are then discussed, followed by a brief summary and outlook for tellurium process of photovoltaic waste to provide theoretical gist for other emerging electronic waste recycling.
