魔芋磨粉机磨粉系统工作参数分析及优化
Analysis and optimization of the working parameters of the grinding system of konjac flour mill
【摘要】 为提升辊式磨粉机的磨粉性能,以快辊转速、磨辊间距和磨辊转速比为磨粉效果的影响因素,利用EDEM软件对物料的磨粉过程进行离散元仿真,以球体模型黏结键断裂数作为评价指标,采用单因素试验、正交试验和响应面法相结合佐证的方法分析目标因素对辊式磨粉机磨粉效率的影响情况并进行参数优化。结果表明:磨辊间距对磨粉效果的影响最大,其次是快辊转速,最后是磨辊转速比;当快辊转速为480 r/min,磨辊间距为9.858 mm,磨辊转速比为1时,磨粉机的磨粉效果最好。研究结论可为辊式磨粉机的设计和优化提供参考。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the grinding performance of the roller mill, the speed of fast rollers, grinding roll spacing and the speed ratio of rollers are taken as the influencing factors of the grinding effect, and the EDEM software is used to conduct the discrete element simulation of the material grinding process. The number of broken bonds of the spherical model is taken as the evaluation index, and the single factor test. The orthogonal test and response surface method have been used to analyze the influence of the objective factors on the grinding efficiency of the roller mill, and the parameters are optimized. The results show that the rolling distance between rolls has the greatest influence on the grinding effect, followed by the fast roll speed, and finally the roller speed ratio. When the fast roll speed is 480 r/min, the rolling distance between rolls is 9.858 mm, and the roller speed ratio is 1, the grinding effect of the mill is the best, the research conclusion can provide reference for the design and optimization of roller mill.
