西洋参果浆皂苷抗氧化作用研究

【摘要】 为研究西洋参果浆皂苷的抗氧化能力,通过DPPH自由基、羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基清除能力和总还原力的测定,评价其体外抗氧化能力;采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)糖尿病小鼠模型测定小鼠血清丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),评价其体内抗氧化能力。结果表明,西洋参果浆中总皂苷含量为6.74%,3种常见单皂苷含量分别为Re 2.17%、Rb1 2.52%、Rg1 0.83%;西洋参果浆皂苷和单皂苷均具有良好的自由基清除能力和还原力,人参皂苷Rb1表现较好;同时西洋参果浆皂苷可以显著提高小鼠血清SOD、GSH-Px活力和T-AOC水平,降低MDA含量;西洋参果浆皂苷在体内外均有较好的抗氧化应激效果,具有广泛的应用前景。

【Abstract】 To study the antioxidant capacity of saponins from Panax quinquefolium fruit pulp. The antioxidant capacity of DPPH in vitro was evaluated by measuring its free radical scavenging capacity, hydroxyl radical capacity, superoxide anion radical capacity and total reduction capacity; The content of malondialdehyde(MDA) content, superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity, glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) activity and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) in serum of streptozotocin(STZ) diabetic mice were measured to evaluate their antioxidant capacity in vivo. The results showed that the total saponin content in the pulp of Panax quinquefolium was 6.74%, and the contents of three common single saponins were Re 2.17%, Rb1 2.52%, Rg1 0.83% respectively; Ginseng juice saponins and single saponins have good free radical scavenging and reducing capacity, and ginsenoside Rb1 has better performance; At the same time, saponins from Panax quinquefolium fruit pulp can significantly increase the activity of SOD, GSH Px and T-AOC in serum of mice, and reduce the content of MDA. The saponins from Panax quinquefolium fruit pulp have good anti oxidative stress effects in vivo and in vitro, and have a broad application prospect.
