配电网拓扑参数未知场景下中压用户窃电检测方法

【摘要】 新型电力系统建设下配电网运行方式面临更加频繁的调整,导致配电网的拓扑与线路参数记录档案难以得到及时更新,为中压配网的运行状态分析带来了挑战。提出一种配电网拓扑参数未知场景下的中压用户窃电检测方法。基于电网运行机理选择支路阻抗作为窃电特征判断指标,并构建窃电检测模型;根据配电网运行特点建立了线性潮流模型,并通过简化模型快速求解特征参量;研究了窃电行为对特征参量变化的影响机理,并结合能量守恒定律,提出完整的窃电检测方案。以IEEE 33节点配电系统、IEEE 85节点配电系统和江西进贤某10 kV实际配电网作为算例,结果表明,所提方法在多种窃电场景下均可有效辨识窃电时段并精准定位窃电用户,同时对用电数据的量测误差表现出较强的鲁棒性。

【Abstract】 In the process of new power system construction,the operation mode of the distribution network is facing more frequent adjustments,which makes it difficult to update the topology and line parameter records in a timely manner,consequently brings challenges to the operation state analysis of the medium voltage distribution network. For this reason,an electricity theft detection method of medium voltage users in the case of unknown distribution network topology parameters is proposed. Firstly,based on the operation mechanism of the power grid, the branch impedance is selected as the characteristic judgment index of electricity theft, and an electricity theft detection model is constructed;secondly,a linear power flow model is established according to the operation characteristics of distribution network,and the characteristic parameters are quickly solved based on the simplified model;finally,the influence mechanism of electricity theft behavior on the change of characteristic parameters is studied,combined with the law of conservation of energy,a complete electricity theft detection scheme is proposed. Taking the IEEE 33-bus distribution system, the IEEE 85-bus distribution system and the actual 10 kV distribution network in Jinxian, Jiangxi Province as test cases,the results of the case study show that the proposed method can effectively identify the electricity theft period and accurately locate the electricity theft users in a variety of electricity theft scenarios, and is robust to the measurement errors of power consumption data.
