基于图像边缘检测和法向探测的导线覆冰监测方法

【摘要】 输电线路导线覆冰是影响电网安全稳定运行的主要隐患之一,现有的覆冰监测存在传感器监测类型单一、精度低、不能实时处理等突出问题。提出了一种基于图像边缘检测和法向探测的覆冰监测方法。该方法首先对线路的微拍图像进行预处理,并采用八邻域追踪等算法进行边缘检测获得导线最长边,进一步设计了边缘法向探测的覆冰厚度检测方法。此法不仅可以判断是否存在覆冰,而且可以计算出导线的覆冰厚度。基于ARM 8.2处理器的嵌入式系统实验结果表明,所提出的方法实时检测导线覆冰厚度的相对误差不超过9%,且比现有的称重法降低了约6.1%。

【Abstract】 Transmission line conductor icing is one of the main hidden dangers affecting the safe and stable operation of the power grid. The existing icing monitoring has outstanding problems such as single type of sensor monitoring,low accuracy,and inability to process in time. This paper proposes a new icing monitoring method based on image edge detection and normal direction detection. The method first preprocesses the micro-photographed image of the line,and uses algorithms such as eight-neighborhood contour tracking for edge detection to obtain the longest edge of the conductor,and further designs an edge normal direction detection method for ice cover thickness detection,which can not only determine whether there is ice,but also calculate the icing thickness of the conductor. The experimental results of the embedded system based on the ARM 8.2 processor show that the relative error of the method proposed in this article for the real-time detection of conductor icing thickness is less than 9%,about 6.1%lower than the existing weighing method.
