【摘要】 为应对社会组织快速发展带来的挑战，政治统合式社会组织党建成为巩固党的执政地位和引导社会组织健康成长的必然选择。经过持续的努力，社会组织党建已经实现“全覆盖”。但是，社会组织在社会治理中的活力依然没有被激发出来。因此，新时代的社会组织党建议程应该在继续完善社会组织党建“全覆盖”的基础上，适时从政治统合式社会组织党建转换为以激发活力为核心使命的社会组织党建。这既包括以党建引领夯实社会组织的公共性，又包括以党建引领提升社会组织的专业化能力并拓展其行动空间。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to cope with the challenges brought by the rapid development of social organizations, the party construction in social organizations aiming at political integration has become an inevitable choice to consolidate the ruling position of the party and guide the healthy growth of social organizations. Through persistent efforts, the party construction in social organizations has basically achieved “full coverage”. However, the vitality of social organizations in social governance has not been aroused.Therefore, the party construction agenda in social organizations should be timely transformed from political integration to stimulating vitality as core mission, which is built on the basis of continuing to improve the “full coverage” of the party construction in social organizations.This includes not only strengthening the publicity of social organizations with the guidance of party construction, but also improving the professional ability of social organizations and expanding their space of action.更多还原
