【摘要】 众赛是基于互联网鼓励公众参与竞争并奖励获胜者的比赛。众赛对于历史档案开发利用具有较强适用性，具有赋能历史档案开发利用的重要作用。通过省级综合档案馆众赛实践的调研发现，我国不少综合档案馆为满足自身业务需求已在历史档案开发利用的多个领域探索和应用了众赛，吸引了档案系统内外部大量机构和人士的广泛参与，但同时也存在众赛数量偏少、领域不均衡、深度不够、大众参与不足及交流方式单一等问题。综合档案馆今后应明确历史档案开发利用众赛领域，丰富众赛内容；加强过程管理，提升众赛数量；推动持续改进，优化众赛质量；开掘众赛深度，拓展众赛群体；丰富交流方式，加强众赛引导，不断提升历史档案开发利用众赛质量和水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 The crowdcontest is to encourage the public to participate in the competition based on the internet and rewards the winners.It has strong applicability for the development and utilization of historical archives and plays an important role in empowering the development and utilization of historical archives.Through the investigation of the crowdcontest practice of provincial comprehensive archives in China,it is found that many comprehensive archives in China have explored and applied the crowdcontest mode in many fields of historical archives development and utilization in order to meet their own business needs,which has attracted a large number of institutions and people inside and outside the archives system to participate widely.However,there are also some problems,such as the small number of crowdcontests,the imbalance in the fields of crowdcontests,the lack of the crowdcontests depth and public participation and single communication mode.In the future,the comprehensive archives should clarify the fields of the crowdcontest and enrich the content of the crowdcontest,strengthen the process management and improve the number of the crowdcontest;promote continuous improvement and optimize the quality of the crowdcontest;excavate the depth of the crowdcontest and expand the group of the crowdcontest;enrich the communication methods and strengthen the guidance of the crowdcontest, and constantly improve the quality and level of the crowdcontest in the development and utilization of historical archives.更多还原
