【Abstract】 As the main force to promote the development of English education, college English teachers’ professional ability and level are directly related to the quality of English teaching. In the context of new curriculum reform, China has further clarified that core literacy is the ultimate goal of subject teaching. So the professional ability development plan of college English teachers,cultivation students’ core literacy, is vital for promoting English teaching construction. Based on the foundation of core literacy, this paper focused on the development of college English professional teaching ability, and then analyzed existing problems, followed by optimization paths.更多还原
