【摘要】 酰氨醇类（Amphenicols）抗生素是一类广谱抗生素，对革兰阳性及阴性菌都有良好的抑制作用。该类抗生素不仅水溶性差，其毒性、耐药性也逐渐被发现。本文对该类抗生素的作用机制、耐药机制、构效关系、制剂研发、残留检测以及废水处理方面进行了综述，为今后的研究提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Amphenicol antibiotics were broad-spectrum antibiotic that had good inhibitory activity to G +and G-bacteria. This type of antibiotic not only had poor water solubility, but its toxicity and drug resistance were also gradually being discovered. This article reviews the mechanism of action, resistance mechanism, structureactivity relationship, preparation development, residue detection, and wastewater treatment of amphenicol antibiotics, in order to provide reference for future research.更多还原
