功能神经影像技术与经颅磁刺激联用在神经康复中的研究进展
Research progress of functional neuroimaging combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation in neurorehabilitation
【摘要】 功能性神经影像和神经调控技术的联合应用已成为一个令人兴奋的领域,这为多种疾病损伤后大脑重塑的多尺度探索提供了丰富的视觉数据,并为神经康复带来了新的机遇和挑战。本文主要介绍了三种功能性神经影像(EEG、fMRI、fNIRS)和神经调控技术(TMS)的组合,阐述了这些组合的重要性,并讨论了它们在神经康复中的应用价值。基于这些组合的脑机接口和神经假肢等尖端技术,有望对疾病后神经回路重建进行更深入的分析,并为神经康复提供更精确的方案。
【Abstract】 The combined application of functional neuroimages and neuroregulatory technologies has become a promising field. It provides rich visual data for multi-scale exploration of brain plasticity after central injury caused by various reasons, and brings new opportunity and challenge to neurorehabilitation. This article mainly introduces three combinations of functional neuroimages(EEG, fMRI, fNIRS) and neuroregulatory technology(TMS), expounds the significance of the combinations and discusses their application value in neurorehabilitation. The cutting-edge technologies such as brain-computer interfaces and neuroprosthetics based on the combinations are expected to conduct more deeply analysis of neural circuit reconstruction after central injury and provide more accurate treatment programs for neurorehabilitation.
