【Abstract】 With the theme of Chinese-style modernization and opening-up, this paper comprehensively reviews the pattern of China’s opening-up and makes an overall and forward-looking analysis of the opportunities and challenges faced by China’s opening-up in the global political, economic, industrial, and scientific and technological changes in the future. The paper also puts forward the strategic vision and policy recommendations for establishing a new system for higher-level open economy, including forming a new pattern of all-round opening-up and playing a role in deepening global economic and trade cooperation; building a new system for open economy and promoting global trade and investment; creating new advantages in international competition and being a promoter of optimizing global resource allocation; advocating a new path of win-win and being a builder of a new type of economic globalization; participating in global economic governance and being a leader in the design of international economic rules; strengthening the support for developing countries and making important contributions to global common development.更多还原
