烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸的合成及功能研究进展
Research Progress on the Synthesis and Function of Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide
【摘要】 烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, NAD~+)是氧化还原反应的辅酶,生物体内的能量代谢、基因表达、细胞周期调控以及与年龄相关的疾病等生命过程都离不开NAD~+的参与。随着年龄增长,人体内NAD~+含量减少,从而引起一系列代谢综合紊乱的病理,因此外源补充NAD~+很有必要。本文综述了NAD~+的化学和生物合成途径以及动物实验和人体临床试验,旨在探究NAD~+的作用机制,为年龄相关疾病提供一种可行的治疗策略,以期为食品外源补充NAD~+提供新的研究基础。
【Abstract】 Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD~+) is a redox coenzyme, life processes such as energy metabolism, gene expression, cell cycle regulation and age-related diseases are all dependent on NAD~+. As we age,NAD~+ content in the human body decrease, causing a series of comprehensive metabolic disorder of pathology, so it is necessary to supplement exogenous NAD~+. This article reviews the chemical and biosynthetic pathways of NAD~+,animal experiments and human clinical trials, aiming to explore the mechanism of NAD~+ and propose a feasible treatment strategy for age-related diseases, and to provides a new research basis for the treatment of exogenous NAD~+ supplementation in food.
