化工类本科层次职业教育的现实状况、瓶颈问题和破解之策

【摘要】 化工类本科层次职业教育是具有专业性、职业性和层次性特征的教育类型。在石化行业转型升级、职业本科政策标准陆续颁布和化工类职业本科同步开展的现实背景下,培养定位不清、职业特征不显、标准体系不齐、保障体系不实等瓶颈问题普遍存在。对此,需要遵循工作体系逻辑,明确职业特性;基于职业成长规律,明确层次定位;发挥国家标准指引作用,提升职业化、区域化、校本化特征;推动职业本科教育落实,健全舆论、条件和质量保障体系。

【Abstract】 Chemical-related undergraduate level vocational education is a new category of education corresponding to specific majors, vocations and level. In the context of persisting upgrading of petrochemical industry, continuous issuing of undergraduate level vocational education standards and synchronous development of chemical-related undergraduate level vocational education, bottleneck problems, such as inaccurate training training positioning,incomplete standards system and guarantee system, exist universally. As a result, we should firstly clarify the vocational character and level of chemical-related undergraduate level vocational education. Secondly, the guiding role of national teaching standards should be insisted on. Thirdly, the vocational, regional and college-based features of standards should be strengthened. Lastly, the guarantee system of public opinion, quality evaluation and conditions should be improved.
