电线电缆用聚酰亚胺的进展

【摘要】 电线电缆是电力传输、信号传输以及电机电器等领域的重要组成部分,而随着交通运输、航空航天等事业的不断发展,线缆部分对于材料的性能提出了更严苛的要求。聚酰亚胺(PI)是一类高性能材料,其为自熄性聚合物,并具有质轻、耐高低温性能较好、电气绝缘特性以及力学性能较好等特性,在电机绝缘、航空航天以及微电子等领域应用广泛,而将其更好地应用在线缆领域是近年来的研究热点。阐述了漆包线、航空线缆、高温超导电缆等领域线缆用聚酰亚胺的应用与存在的热点问题,详细介绍了聚酰亚胺的制备与改性的研究进展,最后对聚酰亚胺线缆未来的研究及发展方向进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Electric wires and cables are an important part of power transmission, signal transmission, electrical appliances and other fields. With the continuous development of transportation, aerospace and other industries, the cable part puts forward stricter requirements for materials. Polyimide(PI) is a class of high-performance materials. It is wildly used in motor insulation, aerospace, microelectronics, etc. due to its self-extinguishing, light weight, excellent high and low temperature resistance, electrical insulation properties and mechanical properties. However, its better application in the field of cables has attracted tremendous interests in recent years. The application of polyimide for cables and hot issues in the fields of enameled wire, aviation cable, high-temperature superconducting cable and other fields of cable is introduced. Detailed introduction of research progress of the preparation and modification of polyimide for the above applications is given. Finally, the future research and development direction of polyimide wires and cables are prospected.
