用户感知视域下我国高校体育场馆服务质量的理论维度、量表开发与检验——以暨南大学体育场馆为例

【摘要】 提升高校体育场馆资源存量使用效率对于推动全民健身运动意义重大,如何改善并加强高校体育场馆服务质量是提高资源利用效率的重要保障。研究基于用户感知视角,以暨南大学体育场馆的服务质量为研究对象,综合运用半结构访谈、扎根理论归纳构建了我国高校体育场馆服务质量的用户感知理论模型,包括硬件基础、信息沟通、服务素养、氛围环境4个基本的理论维度,进而结合理论模型设计出包括4个理论维度、26个题项的初始量表,经过探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析检验,最终获得4个理论维度17个题项的最终量表,对于评价、测量场馆服务质量,推进高校体育场馆的存量资源开发和利用效率提供依据。

【Abstract】 Improving the utilization efficiency of university sports venues is of great significance for promoting the national fitness movement. How to improve and strengthen the service quality of the venues is an important guarantee for improving the utilization efficiency of resources. Based on the perspective of user perception, this study takes the users of sports venues of Jinan University as the survey objects, and comprehensively uses semi-structured interviews and grounded theories to conclude and construct the theoretical model of user perception of the service quality of sports venues in Chinese universities, including: Based on the four basic theoretical dimensions of hardware foundation, information communication, service literacy and atmosphere, the initial scale including 4 theoretical dimensions and 26 items is designed based on the theoretical model. After exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, the scale with 21 items in 4 theoretical dimensions is finally obtained. The scale provides a basis for evaluating and measuring the service quality of the venues and promoting the development and utilization efficiency of the stock resources of the university sports venues.
