【摘要】 随着近年来儿童体质持续下降，学校和社会相继出台促进儿童身体活动政策，而家庭是儿童生活及体育活动的重要场所之一。为探究家庭经济资本与儿童健康的深层关系及身体活动在两者之间的中介作用，采用中国健康与营养调查数据库的1 062个家庭数据为研究样本，选取家庭经济资本、儿童身体活动、儿童健康指标为本研究的变量进行分析研究。研究发现：(1)家庭经济资本对儿童健康有显著正向预测作用；(2)家庭经济资本可直接影响儿童健康，也可通过儿童身体活动的中介作用间接影响儿童健康。中介效应检验结果显示，身体活动的中介效应占总效应值的4%。研究构建的中介效应模型可对促进儿童身体健康的政策提科学依据，未来可通过提升家庭经济资本，提高儿童身体活动锻炼时间，促进儿童身体健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous decline of children’s physique in recent years, schools and society have issued policies to promote children’s physical activities, and the family is one of the important places for children’s life and sports activities. In order to explore the deep relationship between family economic capital and children’s health and the intermediary role of physical activities between them, 1062 family data from China health and nutrition survey database were used as research samples, and family economic capital, children’s physical activities and children’s health indicators were selected as research variables for analysis and research. The results show that(1) Family economic capital has a significant positive predictive effect on children’s health;(2) Family economic capital can not only directly affect children’s health, but also indirectly affect children’s health through the intermediary role of children’s physical activities. The mediating effect test showed that the mediating effect of physical activity accounted for 4% of the total effect value. The intermediary effect model constructed by the research can provide a scientific basis for the policy of promoting children’s physical health. In the future, it can improve children’s physical activity and exercise time by improving family economic capital.更多还原
