碳——绿证联合交易和月度集中竞价交互的双层优化策略

【摘要】 “双碳”目标下,碳排放权交易和绿证交易通过市场调控的方式来促进可再生能源消纳。论文针对月度集中竞价交易存在的可再生能源消纳不足、绿证和碳排放权购买成本过高等问题,提出碳—绿证联合交易与月度集中竞价进行双层交互的交易模式。首先,根据月度集中竞价交易的电量出清结果,提出基于碳排放实测量熵值和核查法综合计算火电机组的碳排放权配额。其次,分析可再生能源发电的变化情况,提出基于月度可再生能源消纳的权重指标计算绿证配额。然后,基于广义虚拟经济理论,设计虚拟的绿碳标的物,构建以实体效益和虚拟价值最优为目标的碳—绿证联合交易模式,提出碳—绿证联合交易与月度集中竞价交易交互的双层联合交易策略,优化发电商在月度电量、绿证和碳排放权上的交易值。最后,算例验证了所提策略的有效性,可通过资源优化配置来促进机组节能减排,推动能源转型和建立环境友好型社会。

【Abstract】 Under the “dual carbon” goal, carbon emissions and green certificate trading promote the consumption of renewable energy. To address the issues of insufficient renewable energy integration and the high costs associated with purchasing green certificates and carbon emissions, this paper proposes a dual-layer interactive trading model that combines carbon-green certificate trading with monthly centralized bidding. Firstly, based on the electricity dispatching results of monthly centralized bidding, a comprehensive calculation of carbon emissions quotas is proposed by using measured carbon emissions entropy and the checking method. Secondly, by analyzing the fluctuations in renewable energy generation, the calculation of green certificate quotas is introduced based on a weighted index of monthly renewable energy integration. Subsequently, drawing on the generalized virtual economy theory, a virtual green carbon target is designed,and a carbon-green certificate joint trading model is constructed. The model aims to facilitate carbon-green certificate joint trading and monthly centralized bidding through a dual-layer interactive trading strategy. This strategy optimizes the trading values of generation companies in terms of monthly electricity generation, green certificates, and carbon emissions.Finally, a case study validates the effectiveness of the proposed dual-layer interactive trading strategy, which promotes the rational allocation of green certificates and carbon emissions among generation units. Furthermore, it effectively facilitates the transition towards clean energy and the establishment of an environmental society.
