高技术产业集聚对区域绿色创新效率的影响研究
Research on the Impact of High-Tech Industrial Agglomeration on Regional Green Innovation Efficiency
【摘要】 基于2009—2019年中国30个省份的面板数据,运用包含非期望产出的Super-SBM模型测算各地区绿色创新效率并通过区位熵测度高技术产业集聚水平,最后利用面板计量模型以及中介效应模型实证检验高技术产业集聚水平对区域绿色创新效率的直接影响及技术创新的中介效应。结果表明:我国各地区高技术产业集聚程度呈逐年上升趋势,区域绿色创新效率整体不高,二者均存在区域异质性,东部地区明显高于全国平均水平,而中西部及东北地区发展较为缓慢;高技术产业集聚有利于区域绿色创新效率的提高,技术创新在其中发挥部分中介效应,研发投入、劳动投入和经济发展水平对绿色创新效率均有显著影响。
【Abstract】 Based on the panel data of 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China from 2009 to 2019, the Super-SBM model including unexpected outputs is used to measure the efficiency of green innovation in each region, and the agglomeration level of high-tech industries is measured by location entropy. Finally, the panel econometric model and the mediating effect model are used to empirically test the direct impact of the level of high-tech industry agglomeration on the efficiency of regional green innovation and the mediating effect of technological innovation. The results show that the agglomeration degree of high-tech industries in various regions in our country is on the rise year by year, the overall regional green innovation efficiency is not high, and there is regional heterogeneity; The agglomeration of high-tech industries is conducive to the improvement of regional green innovation efficiency, and technological innovation plays a part of the intermediary effect, R&D investment, labor investment and economic development level have a significant impact on green innovation efficiency.
